Salon Receptionist
Our part-time salon receptionist role will support our salon coordinator. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the salon reception desk, overseeing the flow of the salon and providing first-class customer service to our clients in person and over the phone.
About you
Minimum two years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution
Comfortable working with multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
Ability to adhere to business processes and procedures
