I have recently completed three years of hairdressing training, I am now 1 year as a qualified stylist and have loved every second.
I have really enjoyed the learning experience and have been surprised by the services that have given me the most fulfilment.
I have always been interested in hair styling and up-dos and will continue to love bouncy blow-dry, but the ever popular, lived in blonde has captured my heart! I can combine my colour knowledge from my Certificate 2 in Visual Art, with the greater understanding of how to mix and match the right combination of tones to create a perfect, lived in blonde shade!
I love the relaxed vibe of The Hair Hive, I feel at home here, and am excited to continue to bring new clients and friends to our community.

I’m a beach lover with a passion for travel and cooking. Having grown up around the hair industry, I started working in a salon at the age of 12, and it didn’t take long for me to realize that this was where I belonged.
Now, as a newly qualified stylist, I specialize in blonde and lived-in colors, I enjoy finishing with a glamorous, bouncy blow-dry. The best part of my job is creating looks that leave my clients feeling confident and beautiful.

Hi I’m Fatu, I’ve been in the hairdressing industry for over 11 years and I’ve watched the industry change for the better! I truly believe being a hairdresser is coming to work to hang out with my friends. I’m passionate about people and their hair - I love all variations of blondes, brunettes and ever so popular lived in colours. I’m also passionate educating my clients on how to maintain their beautiful hair.
I’m an early riser so outside of the salon I love catching the sunrise at the coast whilst I run, I also love catching up with friends, and being at Church on Sundays. I’m excited to be at the Hair Hive and look forward to creating an amazing experience to create a colour and cut that compliments your lifestyle.

I have just embarked on my career as a budding hairstylist and am thrilled to have the opportunity to work and learn in the supportive and inspiring environment at The Hair Hive.
Outside the salon, musical theatre is my passion, so you'll often find me learning lines and songs for my latest production!
I have always been a creative, so hairdressing is a natural fit for me and I'm really excited to learn all the skills required to create awesome hairstyles. I also love meeting people, so getting to connect with clients while working on their hair is a fantastic way for creativity to flow. Instilling trust and building community is another important aspect of hairdressing, which is another of the many reasons I am so excited to be pursuing my apprenticeship here at The Hair Hive.

I have always had a love for the hair industry and the creativity it has to offer. I love being able to contribute to the salon environment and share my passion and knowledge with our lovely clientele.
